EHU not working

Hi all

 

Just wondering if anyone can help at all?

 

We have a Swift Sprite Alpine 4, 2019 and we are not getting any power into the van at all from 240v.

We have tried 3 cables, everything works fine on battery. 

We recently had to send the EC600 PSU to Sargent for repair and they fitted a new PCB. They are unable to help over the phone due to it being an electrical issue.

Changed fuses, everything is plugged in correctly to the PSU.

Any ideas or is it back to a dealer?
