Car being charged £2

Hi All,

Before posting this I did try & contact the club by online chat & by phone but no joy.

We've booked to stay at LMP in Chirk early next year. We are in a motorhome, when booking it states an extra vehicle is £2 per night. Why are motorhomers being charged extra when a car & caravan are not.

    They do not consider a motorhome towing a car is extra FB. It only applies to caravans or motorhomes that bring more than one car.

    We don't tow our Car but drive it following our MH. So will we be okay? Or is it just MH's towing a car that are exempt?

    It’s nothing new, there has always been a charge for an extra car on the pitch, but most sites won’t permit them. We occasionally take a car with our MH and it has never been charged for. However, as there is now a tick box for extra car, and they don’t often let you take one one site, I am wondering if there will be a charge for leaving it in the car park, when previously it has been free.

    FB, they don’t base the charge on whether the car is connected to the MH.

    'Extra' car simply means more than one. It’s always been that way.

    But will that be the case with the new system, or just another way of grabbing more income from M/H owners who arrive with a car be it towed or not?
