Is everyone else experiencing the 'Accept Cookie' keeps popping up every time a new page/topic is opened?

Clicked 3 pages to get here and Select cookies appeared 4 times!

Ofcourse the schools are back not so the Tech support can only help when they've finished their home work

I use Vivaldi browser so can disable all cookies, trackers and adverts in that. Don't want or get any of this intrusive nonsense.
