Vitrifrigo Fridge light problem

Hello. I've just taken receipt of a new campervan from Young Conversions in Bletchley. I cannot get the light on the fridge to turn off when everything else is turned off in the van, including the fridge thermostat, which is turned to the 'off' position. I am worried it will eventually drain the battery when the van is not in use and the door is kept ajar for ventilation. Can anyone offer some advice? Oddly enough the fridge light does turn off when the door is closed because I took a video of it with my iphone.

I cannot get any response from the manufacturer.
