Currently club rules state that you cannot empty your grey and black waste at a club site UNLESS you either stay there overnight OR pay the fee to stay overnight.

I find this quite ludicrous as a member.

I suspect many members enjoy wild camplng from time to time after all that is one of the joys of owning a motorhome, campervan or caravan. In England especially, finding somewhere to empty grey and black waste after a trip is very difficult. It is unrealistic to expect members of the CAMC to always stay at a club site or other official site. The club site itself and member stories have plenty of photos of people wild camping so it clearly happens alot.

As a club member I feel it would be fair enough for us to have the ability to do this at a club site, and if required we could even pay a small service fee (£5-£10) to cover any admin or misc costs involved.

If you are not a member, you don't get the right to empty your waste.

What are other people's thoughts on this?

Should we start a petition to the club management to have the rules changed?
