Threadlock on oneshot axle nut???

Hi,  Looking for some advice.  Should I use threadlock when fitting my new oneshot axle nut on my caravan?

    The point of the one shot  axle nuts is that they are self locking and should not therefore be reused. I have not looked closely at them but I assume they are of the elliptically deformed thread type that are widely used on aircraft engines
