Swift Panel Alarm Query

Hi, the alarm is going off on the control panel(not swift command), is there a reset solution. At present it only goes off if we hook up to electric or switch the leisure battery panel off. Both leisure & vehicle batteries are showing as good on the panel when it works, thanks.
