Elddis Encore 285 / bike racks

We collected a new Encore 285 in April which we are very pleased with. 6 months late but normal at the time.

We had hoped to fit a windup bike rack but dealer was was unable to fit because of the toilet emptying door on the back wall.

So thinking of towbar plus tilting rack.

Are there any 285 owners with this setup or other solutions?
