undecided WHY ,oh why am i getting emails/posts etc from C&MCC telling me of 'New Activity' on any interesting posts taking up pages of my in box !! yell.

    You'll have accidentally hit the 'Follow' button, Triky.

    Click on 'Unfollow' just under the OP and the mails will stop.
