MH noises while driving - Burtsner Nexxo T685

 Morning All,

Hope you're enjoying the BH weekend.

I wonder if the technical amongst you may have some ideas on what could be causing a whining/rubbing noise coming from our newly bought MH. 

The noise coming from the MH which seems most evident after driving it for 10 or so miles or 30 minutes. The noise sounds like it is coming from the driver side. You can hear it most when the van is running at less than 30 mph. At speeds above 45/50 mph you can’t hear it. Also worth saying it doesn't make any difference whether the brakes are applied, or not. The noise was no louder with the  windows down. We took a five minute video whilst it was making the noise that may help.

We're currently at a bit of loss as to what the cause might be, the MH is eight years old and has only done 24K miles.

Any thoughts/ideas would really be appreciated.
