Swift 2015 challenger door won’t lock

Hello can anyone relate to this a swift caravan door but locks from the inside but won’t lock from the outside

    Quite a common problem unfortunately, you will need a new lock, we had the same when our van was about 6/7 years old.  They are not very sturdy.  I thought I might be able to repair ours, but unfortunately not.

    Changing it is quite easy.  Make sure you buy an identical model.  Will cost £80-£90.
