Alde 3020 Shower Temp

Hello. Just purchased Elddis Affinity with Alde system. 

When showering, the water is hot for a few seconds then cold then hot again etc. not mixing and coming through as a constant temperature. 

Any advice please

    I would be looking at the pipework to the shower, and the shower mixer itself as I doubt it is to do with the Alde system.
