Dealer problems
Anybody had any problems with Wandahome Caravans Knottingly.
We bought a new Buccaneer in April 21 reported a couple of problems to them told to take pictures and send in we did on 4 May 21
Second time out front center window blind goes faulty, called in at dealership on way home 12 June ,needs a new blind, 8 to 10 weeks delivery.
Called dealership 10 weeks later blind arrived but faulty need to order another 8 to 10 weeks we will call you , still no blind 30/11/2021.
Other faults reported , White rust to chassis , badly scratched front window, which they tried to polish it out, technician says you get scratches on plastic windows.
Contacted customer services in July who said things would be sorted, also contacted Erwin Hymer re poor service from dealer not much help there.
Never had one contact from this dealership re our problems.
I have met through the year 3 other owners who have purchased new vans from the dealership this year and are having similar problems. Have any members had problems with this dealership ????
In 48 years buying caravans this is the worst dealership we have bought from.
