Shower fittings advice please

Currently have fitted a Reich Mixer Tap in my motorhome bathroom.  I am looking for a suitable hand held shower head and hose to connect to the Reich Mixer Tap?  

Does anyone have any advice on what I need to purchase to make this possible or would it be best to replace?

Provided a few pictures of the current arrangement if that helps.

Any advice greatly received.
