Dometic roof mounted air con service Scotland?

Hi folks, I'm looking to have the heat exchanger on my roof mounted Dometic 2200 air conditioning unit serviced. I'v tried the local service centres (central belt) listed on Dometic's website, but no-one will touch it - and I'm finding it impossible to get a response from Dometic. Can anyone help me please?
