Domeitc fridge not bleeping.

Hi I wonder if anyone can help.

my dometic fridge has stopped beeping when the door is left open and the information light at far end is on.  The fridge works fine and was last used over a month ago.  It is a swift alpine we have 20019 model.  I did look at the app too but it doesn’t adjust the fridge but does show the settings.  It’s the first time used since its service.
