Harvest Festival

At a local Baptist church the Harvest Festival service was under way. The children all came up to the Pastor, gave up their gifts of produce to be put around the base of the pulpit. Bread, Ham, Beef, Marrows, tins of beans, fruits of all sorts etc.,

The last child was carrying a bowl of oranges, as the Rev bent down to take them the lad turned away and said 'No!'

Why not said the Pastor, to which the lad replied - it says in the bible 'hold on to that which is good'
