I will be spending 6 nights on this site in September and wondered if any members had any experience of the local transport eg train and bus. Also good parks in the area if we want to move the motorhome, ie carparks without height restriction. Our main aim is to walk as much of the coastal path as possible. Thanks.

The bus stop for the coastal cruiser that WTG mentions stops right outside the site and will take you down to Bosherton Lakes (i think, as it's over 10 years since we last used this site). Good walking area.

We once parked at Manorbier and walked into Tenby, catching the bus back. The problem we are seeing in North Wales, and I'm sure elsewhere in rural communities, is that some of the services either haven't resumed their full service or not at all in the case of one or two in this area since various lockdowns.

At the time of writing it's still compulsory to wear face masks on public transport in Wales.

Walk coast path from site to Tenby(11 miles). Taxi back to site. Is that too far or too expensive?
