Dometic Fridge Lock Settings Panel

Bought a new caravan at the beginning of the summer and during the handover the agent told me you could somehow lock the settings on the front of the fridge so they wouldn't change if you brushed past them.

I can't for the life of me remember how he said to do it and I can't figure it out.

Can anyone tell me how to do this?
