I dont know if this subject has been covered, but last week our microwave stopped working. The lights came on, the base plate revolved but no heat. So looking on the internet I came to the conclusion that we needed a replacement. With no brand name available the only clue was a reference model number BMSW20. I looked on the internet and found a similar looking microwave from Cookology. I phoned them, quoted the reference model number that I had and they confirmed that their model IM20LSS was a direct replacement. I ordered one off E Bay ( ironically the firm was selling them cheaper on E Bay than ordering direct ). This was on Monday. It arrived on Wednesday and fitted today Thursday. All we had to do was replace the feet on the new oven with those from the old one. So if your microwave dies on you and it is a model BMSW20 you know what to order as a replacement.

My microwave (BMSW20) fitted as standard to my 2018 Swift Conqueror failed several weeks ago. The original manufacturer (label on the back of unit) said they couldn't help. My Swift dealership said they could get one at £276 plus delivery plus fitting. I looked around the internet for many days finding similar units but they had large stainless steel surrounds fitted and many not with the top fitted heat shield. I eventually found one identical to my old unit (model number slightly different BMSW20.1) supplied by Apelson (selling on ebay for £99). Order on Sunday, delivered today. Both old and new units currently sat on my lounge floor and it is impossible to tell them apart. Even the feet are identical and in identical positions,, if you've had yours out you will know that this is areal bonus as the feet locate in specially drilled holes to stop it moving around.

We had to replace the microwave in our Swift Caravan earlier this year, I emailed CATA and they provided me a link to their sister company, My Appliances Web Site.

This is a CATA BMSW 20.1 at a cost of £99.00 with free delivery and fitted perfectly into the microwave slot in our Caravan.
