Motorhome water/waste

As a motorhome’r we tend to travel a lot unlike when we had a caravan and stayed on site for several weeks. However we still pay our subs each year to remain and support the club. My Question is as a member and perhaps for an extra small fee why can’t we be allowed to dump waste and pick up water. Now before those who say we should stay a night, at week ends site are very often full and we are able as motorhomes to stay in some pubs which we like to do and have a meal. Caravans are different as the have a car for transportation. It France, Germany and now Spain they are so much more receptive to campervans isn’t it time the club changed its draconian rules.
