Damp report

Hi after getting my van serviced and then a report saying I got damp near the kitchen window. The original owner tiled over it cos when new it was never tiled. So any ideas how much this would cost to put right. Plus a bit of damp below the window as well.

    It would depend on what the damp percentage reading was? And why not ask who did the service?
