Group booking Sussex

I am looking for recommendations for sites where I can make a group booking. some of my mum friend's and I want to take the kids away .
As the kids are all under 3 we want to stay in the Sussex area.
I've noticed a lot of sites don't take group bookings and I understand why but as mums to under 3s we aren't going to be up all night having a party.
we have a mixtures of tents and caravans. total party size 7 adults 7 kids across 4/3 tents and a caravan.
any and all suggestions welcome.
Also worth noting im the only member of the club going

AFAIK, you cant make a group booking, each 'unit' needs to be on a separate booking...
you can each make a booking but you cant book specific pitches (close together) as pitches arent allocated and are selected on arrival, so youd need to try and coordinate that but there may not be pitches available to suit.
also, some CC sites dont take tents and the non members will also be charged a premium rate.
personally, id find a nice commercial site that takes tents, talk to reception and see of you can book a few pitches together. might even get a nice pool and a bar/restaurant on site...

I think club sites aren't for you on this occasion for the reasons BB has given. Likewise, CLs will be out because of membership/unit/number restrictions.
You will be far better served by alternatives and I suggest looking at the UK Campsites website for ideas. Good luck in finding what you want.
