mould on bailey caravan

we have a 2019 bailey pamplona we have got white mould on top of the cooker we have tried everything mould remover bleech cleaner even a steamer but when it dries it comes back we have even used  a toothbrush

    That doesn't sound like mould to me, CM, as mould remover/bleach would have sorted it. Is it the glass lid that has the white marks or the enamel hob?

    the hob we have never had anything like it before

    I wonder if it could be a form of corrosion. Maybe something boiled over and sprayed salt over the hob? Sorry, I’m at a loss for other ideas.🤷🏻‍♂️
