Thetford Cassette Toilet

Recently new to caravanning only having just purchased my first old Eldiss XL 2000.  On first trip away could not get the cassette toilet to flush.  When I try to turn/twist the round plastic style handle on top of toilet to flush a dribble of water comes out.  I looked underneath where the waste container goes for a fuse as another caravaner said check for a fuse but cannot find the fuse.   Any help would be appreciated.  We didn't get water into the shower either. Photos below.

    As it’s a ‘manual’ (ie not electric), there won’t be a fuse. Silly question, but have you filled the flush tank? From memory, it usually takes a few twists to prime the flush.

    yeh we have filled the flush tank and we turned loads thanks

    To flush the tank you need to push down on the left hand knob after turning it to unlock. The large knob on the right is just a cover for a spare toilet roll.

    thanks tried that still not flushing but when I turn handle rapidly I get small amount of water coming through do you have any ideas thanks for your advice
