The general advice is to follow the directions in the Site Directory. We have approached the site via Portobello and Leith but we were in a medium sized motorhome and depending on the time of day it could be difficult with a caravan in tow and slow! The Site Directory route is fine but I would suggest checking it out on Google Earth/Maps to visualise the route.

As above, with a caravan just follow the instructions given. Also a navigator is strongly advised to assist with, as I recall, some difficult lane changes.

Have followed both the clubs route with our large Bailey Caravan and DK’s Leith approach with our smaller Abbey, many years ago. It was OK but very slow, lots of traffic when we did it, plus road works which diverted us onto sections with cobbles which shook the van about badly.😂 When we visit with our MH we will use the club approach, it is by far the best route. Well worth a run through on Streetview.
