does anyone know if service extenson  as been given by bailey we were due to our 3rd year service on thursday  but we got dreaded track and trace telling us to isolate now our service  engerneer cant fit us in to july  that will take us 3 weeks over due date being 3rd year it as to be done on time  our service man says we have a 3 months extension we phoned our dealer they say as good will bailey have given six months just checking if anyone can help

    I would drop Bailey customer service an email ,they extended ours last year ,just explain your situation

    Unless it is on the Bailey website i wouldn’t take any verbal response from anyone without confirming in an email.

    My first service was dew in November the county where we live was in lockdown unable to travel 

    on way to get van serviced emailed Bailey explaining the situation giving the the vin number of the van 

    received an email within two days telling me to get the van service done at the earliest opportunity 

    and the second service in line with the schedule

    so first service in March second service end of October 

    Bailey very helpful
