Bailey Ancona - heating

Hi - we have recently bought a 2012 Bailey Ancona. We had our first trip last weekend with an electric hook up. We managed to get the heating and hot water system working but only via the gas.  Even if we disconnect the gas.  Everything else works on hook up except heating  and HW. We’re wondering if perhaps we’re missing a switch or something.  Can anyone help? Thanks
