The Germans, in particular, like Cornwall. They're addicted to Rosamund Pilcher books and TV programs. Then there's the Poldark followers....

Just another 10 hrs drive to Dunnet Bay, then over to Orkney. wink

Good to hear you've had the booster. Ours are due on Monday. Let's hope we can all travel freely before too long.

Our first fifteen years touring were spent predominantly sharing a lovely Summer Site with lots of Dutch, German and French folks. The Dutch in particular were always very good company. They are huge Jeep fans as well, so always a strong Dutch presence at events. We shared a couple of lovely evenings with a pair of Dutch motorcyclists touring SW at Wincanton Racecourse a few years ago. Gave them a marked up map of some of the best places to see and camp in Cornwall. I miss the overseas folks on Club Sites and CLs, don’t see as many as when on private sites.😄
