"Staycation" magazine
Is it me, or are we seeing an increasing amount of articles on trips abroad in the magazine? I'd have thought with COVID still prevalent, particularly throughout Europe, and with more and more people buying outfits to take "staycations", that folks would be more interested to read about UK locations. Could this be a leaning in favour of our motorhome members? I'd imagine motorhomers are generally prepared to travel further abroad than vanners, I'd certainly be interested to see the figures on that, but come on CAMC, at a time when many of us would just like to get away from home can we have more articles about these beautiful islands of ours please?

I have not yet read the new magazine, it's in quarantine on the worktop Thinking about it the Club make a fairly large slice of their money from booking ferries and Red Pennant insurance so I suppose you wouldn't blame them for promoting this aspect of their offer although it might seem a bit pointless given the current circumstances. Over the last few months I have been inundated with emails from the cruise companies I have been with in the past and yet they don't seem to have any cruises. Perhaps an exercise of keeping it in the mindseye?

Cornwall may not be outside the British Isles but the Tamar marks the border with England, for the Cornish, not Devon!!!
