Stupidly let both my batteries discharge on my Autocruise Rhythm

Having left them on EHU for a few days, I have the car battery up to 13v and the leisure up to 13.5

is that an indication that they are both damaged?

    When on EHU and on charge ,i would expect that sort of reading,

    The big and really the only test is to disconnect the batteries leave them for 24-48 hours and then check the voltage.  If they are reasonably good they will read 12.6-12.8 volts.  Any lower and you will need to treat yourself to new.
