As mentioned in other discussions the front concertina roof blind was always stiff to operate from day one.  Unfortunately the situation has now deteriorated to the point where one of the cords attached at one side of the blind has broken.  (It appears to have been chaffing on something rather than rotating around a pulley or whatever.)

In order to get at the blind it would appear that all of the trim panels above and to the sides will have to be removed.  Tentative pulling at the panels seems to indicate that they are probably retained using double sided tape.

Does anybody know if that is indeed the case and if not, how do you removed these panels?  Any tips regarding repair would be much appreciated.
