Sad to hear of the death of this very good football manager. Won lots of trophies managing an excellent Liverpool squad, but health problems cut short his managerial career, and now sadly his life at a rather early 73.

    He was lucky to survive a heart attack when manager there.

    Always struck me as an Avuncular man, the type you wouldn't mind sharing a bottle of wine with. Mind you I don't think Roy Evans would agree with me.
