Whats best for my Motorhome a AGM or EFB battery

Hi Guys & Girls

 

I was reading an article the other day about the battery being the heart of a car/vehicle and it got me thinking about the battery in my motorhome, with the demand and power that gets drained out of it when we are away on campsites. the article is as follows https://www.autoadvisor.co.uk/a-heart-with-a-difference/.

So what I was wondering if anyone knew what the difference between EFB (extended flooded battery) and AGM (advanced glass matt) were and which would be best to use and most reliable.
