It is now over 3 days since I originally posted on here and they  have not been moderated. 

I was considering becoming a member but a community that has such weird rules and that cannot be bothered to monitor  them is not encouraging.It comes across as elitist. I have since received answers to my questions on an other far more friendly and welcoming forum,one that does not have a need to approve the first 3 posts!

I don't think that I will be back.
