Newcomer feeling unwelcome

Hi

I have come on to the forum in order to get some information. 

I posted my question under New to caravanning only to find that my first 3 posts would have to be approved by the mods! Why? I find that most unwelcoming to a prospective new member.

Not only that, it is now some 16 hours and it is still marked "pending". I appreciate that mods have lives to live, but a quick approval is not too much to ask if these strange rules are imposed.

Also, navigating around the website has to be the slowest I have experienced..

To put things into perspective, I posted elsewhere and had a response within the hour with no mod approval required.

edit to add. Even this post is subject to mods approval!!!!
