Truma DuoControl Faulty?

I've been testing that everything works on my van this morning.  The gas supply to the cooker doesn't!  No gas is coming through.  The valves under the cooker are open.  The gas bottles both have gas in them and are open. I have also opened the tap for the barbecue point but no gas comes out.  I am wondering whether the Truma DuoControl is faulty.  I have tried it in all 3 positions and the indicator at the top shows green in all three, despite one gas cylinder being nearly full and the other, possibly 20% full.  Has anyone had any issues with the control?  Can it be checked, or is replacement necessary?  Am I missing something?  Any advice is appreciated.  EB

    Sorted.

The RH side of the control has a 90 degree valve on it.  It should be obvious as it usually has a yellow lever on it.  However, mine hadn't.

Turned it and all ok.  undecided
