Avtex Audio Description

We have somehow accidentally switched on the audio description function on our Avtex caravan TV.  Despite fiddling with the remote and much googling, we can’t find out how to switch it off again. 

Does anyone know how to please?

    Menu / Sound / AD Switch-Off / OK / Exit.

    Thank you so much Vulcan. Will give that a whirl. We took the caravan back to storage yesterday but will do as you suggest on our next trip. 😁👍🏻
