I noticed that there was review of Hunter's Moon site, entitled Feral Teenagers, in the "latest review" section but when I tried to view it all I got was Page Not Found notice. Is it now the case that if a review is critical of a club site, for whatever reason, someone at HO, or a mod, stops the review from being seen and removes it from the site's web page?

I think quite a few get removed, Nellie, not because they are critical of the site, but because they aren’t really reviews. Many are used as a platform for complaints about staff or other members on site and are totally useless in terms of a review. Some are even written by people who have not stayed at the site. They do nothing to help others decide if the site is right for them.

Unfortunately, the guidelines on writing reviews are buried near the bottom of the Community Guidelines instead of being obvious to anyone writing a review so are probably unread by most.

The review in question has been hidden as it wasn't a review of the site but a complaint about noise on the site. The chances of that information being useful to any other member is beyond slim! Also using the term "Feral Teenagers" is not particularly helpful and could be considered offensive. The contribution can still be seen by Admin should they wish to follow it up.
