Avtex club satnav Bad routing

We’ve had our satnav for a couple of years now and been very disappointed by its poor routing to club sites and also poor mapping in remote areas where it appears to have no map data. Just 2 days ago it routed us to a dead end road trying to get to the Berwick upon tweed site. It did the same at clumber park. Do other people find similar problems with the club satnav?
