Price hikes?

Anyone else noticed that the prices have been hiked once again? 2 nights midweek in Derbyshire for 2 pensioners £79. I for one won’t be renewing my membership that I’ve not even used since joining in October.

    What site would that be in Peak season and popular area ,   ,i do not think sites have midweek discounts at this time of year  

     From when have the prices been "hiked"?

     Discounts for pensioners are not from this club

    Are you sure about that? Even the Chatsworth super pitches work out less than that with the 12.5% reduction!

    I can recommend a great CL for £15 a night though if you're interested! smile

    It matters not that you are pensioner, as we are, as there is one price for all. Unfortunately sites in the peak season have always been expensive. Having said that the advantage of the Club is that they provide a wide range of opportunities from CL's costing £12/15 a night to the most popular sites in the price range you mention. Unfortunately I imagine as a result of COVID prices are likely to be only going in one direction as costs increase although the recent temporary cut in VAT will provide a short term respite. Is the price you mention for a serviced pitch?

    Castleton is certainly £79 for a service pitch from the 22/7 at full price. However currently prices are discounted by 12.5%. A standard pitch would be £71.20 full price, again currently discounted 12.5%.

    At that price I'd expect to get the freehold.
