Lunar Zenith 5 2008 - hot water queey

Good Morning 

We have just purchased a 2008 lunar zenith 5 and are struggling to get the water hot for a shower 

Does anyone know how this works and does anyone have a manual I could purchase or where I can buy one

Have been in touch with lunar and stll waiting for a reply, have tried ebay bit none for sale.

Its probally  something Silly that we haven't done but thought I would ask
