Any experience of "Bill Buddy"?

I've had an email from an energy switching company called Bill Buddy. Reading through their web pages the plan all seems to make sense, possible savings of a fair bit of money, and at no cost to the subscriber. Sounds too good to be true...... or am I being a tad too cautious? If any members have had dealings with them, I would be very interested in their comments, savings, feelings. Good or bad?
Thanks in advance for your advice.

I had a look at BillBuddy just now. It seems to be a comparison site like many others - so I put in my address and the amount of electricity we use per year and they offered me a range of annual prices from a list of electricity suppliers.
The cheapest annual price they offered was about £20 per year less than we are paying now , but was with a small supplier I hadn't heard of and who might perhaps go out of business one day.
In my case the potential annual saving was small because I have already switched twice in the last few years - first from EDF to E-On and later to Bulb Energy. When I switched I got prices from USwitch and they were very efficient at arranging the changeover, but BillBuddy gets good reports too - even from Martin Lewis !
