Club vouchers

I have purchased some vouchers to use against site fees, will I be able to use them when I visit a site this year, I know the Camping and Caravan club are having contactless arrival (ie your payment will be taken when you arrive without you getting out of the car) If the reception office is not open I presume I wont,

    I think I've read some where that you will be asked to give the voucher numbers over the phone,  I can't see them being declined
