Best small motorhome for easy parking

Hi I've never had a caravan or motorhome but I like the idea of a motorhome. I want a shower and a toilet and preferably a fixed bed. We are use to driving big vehicles as we are farmers but I want something easy to park as parking spaces seem to be getting smaller. I've looked at 2.15m x 6m are these the smallest I will get with a shower and a toilet and if you have one what has your experience been. Many Thanks
