Locked down in Wigan
I am totally dismayed, last week on the ease of lockdown fishermen were allowed to once again carry on with there sport - I live by a water park in Orrell Greater Manchester and honestly I thought all of England had come to fish - unbelievable - yes I am pleased that they can now carry on with there sport - hopefully safely - and yet - they stay overnight in there tents, there are no facilitates what so ever - toilets no (unless you use the bushes) - washing facilities no, I am very lucky to own a modern caravan - I have every facility you could wish for - better than some homes - believe me - so why is it that I can't go on a CL site, away from everyone and at a very safe distance, no toilet blocks just good basic facilities, I can understand the main sites being closed as segregation within and around the toilet blocks etc would be extremely difficult, surely it is probably one of the safest activities and we are not allowed - shame really
