    No but the rest of the world is.

    According to common travel statistics sites in 2018 more than 82% of all travel bookings are made with a mobile device without human interaction. (And that was 2018)

    The old world caravan clubs are a bit like, Woolies,  Rumbelows, Freeman, Hardy & Willis, Dixons, C&A, and the Caravan Club Members favorite, Debenhams. Once they took the digital world seriously their customer base had already moved on.

    Their successor already exists, they need to do something to better understand this new world.

     How long before the CLs (and CSs) move on to the new band of commercially based platforms being pushed, how long for the club with out them.
