Buccaneer cruiser
I have recently purchased a brand new 2019 cruiser and am very happy with it until our last trip when we arrived onsite .When we entered the caravan I noticed the bathroom sliding door had come off it’s runner .i managed to adjust it and now works ok.however having adjusted the door to its maximum it still seems to have a big gap at the bottom .has anyone else had this problem
thanks

Only just seen this. Both myself and a friend have had the same problem and have spoken to two other owners on sites with the same issue. It’s caused by the floor sagging and pulling away from the bathroom floor. Elddis originally denied having a problem saying that they hadn’t heard of it from anyone else. Our dealer was very supportive and excellent. In the end we got a friend with a small engineering company to make an aluminium cross brace that fits between the two chassis rear legs, under the bathroom wall, that prevents the floor sagging. The interior wall is to be replaced. We were reimbursed for the brace. It appears to be a design fault that Elddis should do a recall on.
