After logging onto the CCC&MH site I failed to find any notice of help for this bug. After speaking to Sue in the booking departmant the situation was that you could only access information if you were not logged in! How stupid was that.

Sue corrected this and now we can all see what very limited advice the club delivers ie statements of what the Government advises for European and Worldwide travel.

Can I suggest that someone pulls their finger out and issues some real advice. The demographic for the club must show around 50% plus over 60 and there could be a real danger of transmission.

Moderator Comment - There are threads in both UK Campsites and Touring and the Overseas Campsites and Touring sections on this subject. Any updates by the Club will appear in these threads so to avoid duplication of discussion I will close this one but please feel free to contribute in the main threads.

    peatman,

if you bother to scroll through the discussions you will discover plenty of advice from The Club, as far as it can say at present. There are at least TWO OTHER Discussions with more than 700 posts in total { and counting } running at present.

With respect, Peatman, I'd not expect CAMC to be offering general advice on the situation but to concentrate on the aspects affecting our hobby.

You will find threads in the overseas section, in particular one by Rowena detailing the immediate actions being taken for those either overseas or due to go shortly. They must take priority at the moment as those of us at home are capable of making our own decisions and arrangements. There is also discussion in UK Sites & Touring.

I doubt that there is a need for great change at present. The situation will develop over time
