Buccaneer Caravan.

Hi all.

I am the owner of a 2019 Buccanear Cruiser.Last August it suffered storm damage resulting in the  awning poles denting areas of the caravan,Under an insurance claim it’s been repaired twice.However there are still  several pitted marks on the bodywork from the respiratory of the complete side.Due to the fact the van was virtually new when damaged I am not completely satisfied with the finished work.I reside in the South Wales area and would appreciate if any member can recommend an insurance approved  body shop,As it’s my intention not to sign the repair off, and recontact my insurance company for repairs elsewhere.

    Hello Paul,

    I'm sorry to read that you have had problems with storm damage to your caravan. We have our Approved Workshop Scheme which might be helpful to you. 

    As you have posted this discussion in our stories section I will move this to discussions as stories are meant for blog style posts rather than conversation.
